Meet our greatest asset; our incredible team.
We recognise the strength of our team and have created a culture where staff are celebrated and supported. Staff well-being is our priority; working with young children is incredibly rewarding but can be tiring and physically demanding. We have developed many initiatives through our ‘Staff well-being council” such as Smile Awards, Staff of the Month Awards, and Walk this Way challenges.


Training and development
We are so committed to staff development we have employed our own in-house Training and Compliance Manager. We work with all staff, including our apprentices to support them with their qualifications, and also to coach and develop the team in their practice.
Our aim is for every member of the team to have a training and development goal or further professional qualification they are working towards.
