about
our team

Meet our greatest asset; our incredible team.

Creating a culture of wellbeing is at the heart of Solihull Day Care. We believe that when our team feels supported, valued, and balanced, they are better equipped to provide the highest quality care for the children. We prioritise mental health, encourage open communication, and promote a healthy work-life balance through flexible working arrangements and regular well being check-ins. Our positive and inclusive environment fosters strong relationships, mutual respect, and a sense of belonging for both staff and families. By nurturing our team’s wellbeing, we create a warm, happy, and supportive space.

Here at Solihull Day Care, training and development are a top priority, as we believe that investing in our team directly benefits the children in our care. We are proud to support the growth of early years professionals and currently have three dedicated apprentices who are actively developing their skills and knowledge. Additionally, three team members have recently completed their apprenticeships and are now thriving in their roles as qualified practitioners. Our management team works closely with each practitioner to create a personalised training plan tailored to their strengths, interests, and career goals. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures our staff remain knowledgeable, confident, and passionate about providing the highest standard of care and education.
